These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and kt2222 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the kt2222 website at kt2222.net, using any of its features, placing a bet, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to this Agreement in its entirety.

kt2222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the kt2222 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version of this Agreement is always available at kt2222.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on kt2222, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, ice hockey, kabaddi, and other sports markets), live casino games, online slots, crash games, keno, virtual sports, and any other gaming or wagering product that may be introduced to the platform in the future.

In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and the specific terms of any individual promotion, bonus, or game type, the specific terms of that promotion or game will take precedence for that context only. All other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered player account held with kt2222.
• "Balance" means the real-money BDT funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the kt2222 website at kt2222.net and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product offered on kt2222.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the sole transaction currency on kt2222.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to kt2222 accounts.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active kt2222 account, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to the Player's place of residence.
• Not be currently self-excluded from kt2222 or subject to any active exclusion period.
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, to the extent that such prohibition is enforceable against the Player personally.
• Not be acting on behalf of, or in concert with, any third party when registering or placing bets.

kt2222 may at any time request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by kt2222, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending verification.

Any winnings accrued by a Player who is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age at the time those winnings were generated will be forfeited in their entirety and will not be returned to the Player or to any third party claiming on the Player's behalf.

kt2222 strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control tools and internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. To access real-money betting and casino products on kt2222, a Player must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. kt2222 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.1 Registration Information

Players are required to provide the following information at registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on official identification documents)
• Date of birth
• Valid Bangladeshi mobile number
• Email address
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)
• A secure password chosen by the Player

Players warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent update is truthful, accurate, and complete. kt2222 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their kt2222 login credentials. Players must not share their username or password with any third party, allow any third party to access their Account, or use another Player's Account credentials. kt2222 will treat any activity carried out through a Player's Account as authorised by the Account holder, and will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

If a Player suspects that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact kt2222 support immediately at [email protected] and change their password without delay. kt2222 recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered Players.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kt2222 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of its KYC process, kt2222 may at any time require a Player to submit documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 is processed. Players who do not complete KYC within 30 days of being notified will have their withdrawal request placed on hold and their account restricted to read-only access until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on kt2222 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kt2222 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals; kt2222 does not impose processing fees on standard transactions.

4.1 Deposits

kt2222 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although kt2222 reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring thresholds in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically credit to the Player's kt2222 Account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. kt2222 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking intermediaries.

Players must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits and verification status of that method. kt2222 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 3 business days for bank transfers.

kt2222 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

If a deposit fails to credit to a Player's kt2222 Account, the Player should contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number and the name of the payment provider. kt2222 will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, will credit the Account within 24 hours. kt2222 is not responsible for funds that are lost due to errors in payment details provided by the Player.

kt2222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. Where no specific terms are stated, the General Bonus Terms in this section apply.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are separate from a Player's real-money Balance.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the Account at expiry.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on products specified in the offer terms. Where no product restriction is stated, Bonus Funds may be used on any kt2222 game except progressive jackpot slots.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are credited to the Bonus Funds balance and remain subject to wagering requirements until those requirements are satisfied in full.
• kt2222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing the kt2222 bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage wagering, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other strategy that exploits promotional offers — will have their bonus cancelled immediately and their Account reviewed for suspension. kt2222 reserves the right to withhold any winnings generated through bonus abuse and to require the repayment of any withdrawn funds that were generated in breach of this clause.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through kt2222. Game-specific rules and sports betting settlement rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. kt2222 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or odds level at any given time.
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI as applicable).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, kt2222's standard void and settlement rules will apply. Specific rules are published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. kt2222 is not liable for any delay between a live event and the odds update reflected on the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets. Current limits are displayed within the relevant market pages on the Platform.
• kt2222 reserves the right to void any bet where it is found that the odds were posted in error, or where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of a corrupt, fixed, or otherwise manipulated outcome.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games on kt2222 use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). kt2222 does not modify game logic or outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session — including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's stated malfunction rules. kt2222 is not liable for game malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Progressive jackpot rules are governed exclusively by the relevant game provider's terms. kt2222 cannot guarantee jackpot availability or guarantee any particular jackpot value.
• Players acknowledge that the house retains a mathematical edge on all casino games. Past performance and prior winnings do not influence future game outcomes.

6.3 Responsible Bet Limits

kt2222 encourages all Players to set personal betting limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings. Deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders are available to all registered Players at no charge. Setting lower limits takes effect immediately; increasing limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kt2222 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. kt2222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or recover any funds associated with such activity.

• Registering more than one Account on kt2222 or colluding with another Player to use multiple accounts in concert.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent KYC or verification process.
• Using another person's Account credentials or payment method, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the kt2222 Platform — including any RNG malfunction or odds error — for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are voidable at kt2222's discretion.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games in a manner not intended by the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event offered on kt2222.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, collusion, or soft play in multiplayer casino games.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, account restrictions, or any other responsible gaming measure implemented by kt2222.
• Conducting any activity on kt2222 for commercial purposes, including professional matched betting, syndicate betting, or operating a tipping or staking service using the kt2222 Platform.

kt2222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in match-fixing.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Death of the Account holder (subject to estate administration procedures).
• Voluntary closure requested by the Player.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (Inactive Account Policy — see below).

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A Player who wishes to close their kt2222 Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding withdrawal holds are in place. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Inactive Account Policy

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kt2222 will notify the Account holder by email prior to the application of any inactivity measure. An administrative fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to the real-money Balance of an inactive Account after the 12-month threshold. In no event will the inactivity fee cause the Account Balance to fall below ৳0.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming harmful may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be suppressed, and the Player will not be permitted to open a new Account with kt2222. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kt2222's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kt2222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever caused.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude kt2222's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
